Shipping destinations

We ship to almost every country in the world and have shipped to more than 50 countries in the last couple of years. Europe, the US, Canada, Australia, Taiwan — you name it.

Shipping info, costs & runtime

Regular shipping costs for Europe (France, UK, Norway, etc..) and Worldwide (US, Canada, Australia, etc..) are 15,- EUR with Deutsche Post, shipping within Germany is 5,- EUR with DHL Paket.

We offer free shipping (worldwide) for all orders over 150 EUR!

Orders are shipped multiple times per week and processed chronologically. Once shipped you should receive a tracking number almost immediately. Regular runtime for international shipments is anything from 10-30 days. Shipping usually takes 2-5 days from Germany to the country of destination + another 5-25 days to the final destination, in rare cases a couple of days longer.

Shipments to non-EU-countries may be subject to additional import/custom charges upon arrival. Import limits and tax-free allowances vary from country to country, duties might or might not apply and are solely the customers responsibility.

All orders can be tracked (depending on the country of destination) with Deutsche Post and DHL and usually through the receiving countries postal offices, for example:

Missed a delivery attempt?

Please review your tracking-status should you have not received your order within 15-30 days. Quite possibly a delivery attempt has been made, but the carrier missed to leave a notice!

You can either schedule are redelivery with your carrier or follow up on the notice and retrieve your shipment from a postal office nearby! Please keep in mind that your shipment is usually stored for a maximum of 7-10 days!

Payment Gateways

We are accepting all major credit cards through PayPal or Stripe. PayPal allows you to make payments by wire transfer or credit card. Stripe offers the possibility to process all major credit cards directly during checkout.

SSL / Security

All connections to our site are SSL-encrypted. Your payment details will always be processed through Shopify's highly secure payment gateway with industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Shopify complies with the highest level of Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.

VAT reported where applicable

Our final product prices are the same for all customers, independent of his/her location. "Reported where applicable" refers to our invoice and whether or not VAT will be shown separately: prices for non-EU customers are the same as for EU-customers – the order and invoice will simply not show VAT separately.

Discount codes

If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it during checkout, right after leaving the cart page.

Free, regular giveaway

Once every couple of weeks we draw a random winner for our free regular giveaway (one print of our choice). To participate, simply sign up for our newsletter or place an order with us, all newsletter-subscribers and customers from the previous months will participate automatically. We will contact the winner by email. Please let us know your shipping address once we do!


We hope that you will be happy with our product/s for a long time! If you need to return a product though, you can ship it back within 14 days, please just drop us a quick note.

Shipping costs for a return are to be paid by the customer, as far as the delivery concerns the order placed. Please ship returns, with tracking number, to the following address:
