By now we have shipped to more than 50 countries. We ship anywhere in Europe and the world, the US, Canada, Australia, Taiwan..
Shipping info, costs & runtime
Shipping costs for European Union (UK, Norway, France, etc…) and Worldwide (US, Canada, Australia, etc…) are 10,- EUR, shipping within Germany is 7,- EUR with DHL Paket.
Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped as registered shipments and are thus trackable to a certain degree. Greeting cards & and other small items are always shipped non-insured, non-trackable to keep shipping costs reasonably low. Should you be in doubt about shipping costs, please get in contact before checkout at email@example.com
Shipments to non-EU-countries may be subject to additional import/custom charges upon arrival. Due to permitted import limits and tax-free allowances you might not have to pay any duties though.

All orders can be tracked (to a certain degree) with Deutsche Post, most orders though can also be additionally tracked through the receiving countries postal offices, for example:

Missed a delivery attempt?
Please review your tracking-status should you have not received your order within 15-30 days. Quite possibly a delivery attempt has already been made, but the carrier missed to leave a notice!
Usually you can either schedule are redelivery with your carrier or follow up on the notice and retrieve your shipment from a postal office nearby!
Please keep in mind that your order/shipment is usually stored for a maximum of 7-10 days!
If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it during checkout, right after you leave the cart page. And did you know that we ship "thank-you" codes for possible follow-up orders? Awesome, right : )
We hope that you will be happy with our product/s for a long time. In case you need to return a product though, you can do so within 14 days.
